{easy cinnamon rolls}

Yesterday I made some cinnamon rolls. It was very easy. I used ready made croissant dough from a can/tin.
I made one piece of dough from it and sprinkled it with sugar mixed with cinnamon. The I rolled the dough (suger/cinnamon side inside) and cut pieces from it. You can add some  milk, egg or butter to help them to get brown. Bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
I used a 160 grams can of dough and made 10 rolls.

Easy peasy and yummy!

It has been very cold in the past two weeks, brrr! In some parts of the country it was minus 23 degrees C, which is pretty cold for this part of the world. Where I live it was minus 14 degrees C and that is cold enough for me. At the moment we are rooting for a big skating event to take place in the northern part of the Netherlands. It is a skating tour on natural ice that passes 11 cities.  At the moment the ice isn't thick enough everywhere, but there will be frost for the rest of the week. The event is called the 11 cities tour. If you would like to know more visit Wikipedia.

Take care,
