{blue & white}

I own a small collection of blue and white porcelain & earthenware.
Most items I bought at the flea market or thrift shop. One item belonged to my dad.

These items are all standing cozily together above the plate rack in my kitchen.
The bottle is a jenever (gin) bottle that my father received as a gift once, he emptied it soon after he received it. There is an image of a wind mill on the front, but I like the back better. It is hand painted Delft Blue. The cup (Riva) on the left and the plate (Bouquet Blue) are by Regout. The cup on the right is by Myott (Finlandia).

klompjes

These cute porcelain wooden shoes (LOL) I bought in the city of Volendam for less then a dollar.

This plant pot is Delft by Sphinx Maastricht. I bought it at a thrift store, the tile below I bought at a flea market. I think it is old, but I am not sure how old.

I have some more tiles, but I have them stashed away somewhere. I was too lazy to dig them up.

Do you have blue & white porcelain?

Take care,

  4. Your porcelain is lovely! I had always wanted a blue, white and yellow room but never got around to creating it that way...maybe someday!
